They have been a staple in our home for years with PA dd and now ds, and the Berry Berry variety for a treat as well. They are actually tired of them. We have used nearly any General Mills cereal(we all ove the whole grain varieties of Chex, and the non-sugared rice and corn chex as well) with an okay label(we are PA TNA and egg allergic) and have been fine for 4 years now. I have recently branched out to use some Kelloggs cereals, and things have been fine. Several years ago, there were posts about reactions, but when I have called Kelloggs, they say they would lable for cross contamination. I seem to notice more allergy labelling in the same fashion as GM. becca

Sorry to be a bummer. My ds has had 2 reactions to Kix. They were both the same, where he was uncontrollably scratching under his chin to the point where it was raw. He's only done that the 2 times he ate Kix. I had him tested for corn and it was negative. He eats corn chips with no problems. We never did pinpoint what it was, although I know many eat it fine.

We've been eating regular Kix and berry Kix for the last year with no problems. My daughter is peanut, tree nut, and egg allergic.

my son eat kix quite often and has never had a problem. He has also had rice chrispis and chex and post raison bran. I think that is it.

I know you weren't asking for suggestions, but I'm going to throw my 2 cents in anyway [img][/img] My ds is allergic to gluten and dairy, and he eats Rice Krisipies, Corn Flakes, Frosted Flakes and Coco and Fruity Pebbles.
