This summer we had season passes to Seasame Place (Langhorne, PA.) We packed my (PA and Egg Allergic) son's food, washed down tables,
watched him like a hawk while in the ball pit, climbing toys.... We had a blast, he had
no problems. MOST of the days we are in and out of water rides. I keep his epipen, bendryl in a fanny pack in zip lock bags, but I hold it over my head in water. Has anyone seen a water proof container? I'm going to check a dive shop for an underwater camera bag. I don't want to leave it on the side of the pool areas with my towels...I could deal with someone stealing my wallet, keys... but not his meds.

pWhen we are at Sesame Place we kept our daughter's epi and benedryl in a locker. I know it's not the best place, but I figured we were pretty safe while we were going on rides and not eating. When we went to dining areas to eat, we would stop at the locker first and get her medicine. I felt better doing it that way, knowing the medicine wouldn't get stolen our ruined by the heat. I don't think there's a real good solution either way for carrying the medicine in a water park, you have to do what you're most comfortable with./p

pDear Carol/p
pI have also visited sesame street with my son who is anaphylactic to tree nuts, fish and shellfish. We had lots of trouble keeping my son's Epipens dry. When I got back home, I decided to do something about it. I have developed a new Epipen container that will solve this problem. My container is waterproof and bouyant. If it should accidentally fall into a pool or lake, not only is it waterproof, it also floats, so you could retreive it. The container has many wonderful features. For more information, please send me your address and I will send you my information sheet./p
