Hi to you all. I like this board as it personalizes our postings. Thanks.

Now to my introduction: I live in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and am concerned with peanut and tree nut allergies because my four year old son and my adult brother have these allergies. I am a librarian at a large urban public library so have access to lots of resources and this can be both helpful and overwhelming. My husband and I try to take one day at a time and it is a little less scary for me, perhaps, than for some of you because I watched my brother grow up safely with only a couple of serious anaphylaxis attacks. I also really benefit from the local Anaphylaxis Support Group which meets at the local lung association's office and from this bulletin board.

Thanks again. It's nice to meet you all. Take care.
