I have a 5 year old daughter who has an airborne allergy to peanuts. Do
you serve them on your planes?

I also emailed jet blue and got a similar answer. I then had my husband call the customer service number to ask the same questions. He got the same answer ..."no peanut/nut snacks are served on board...can't guarantee that others will not bring them on board."

Just want to say thanks for backing me up!
I went round and round with jet blue and I did end up booking for may. I think that I got my point across that the airline needsto inform ALL of the people at customer service, so you get the same answer. I will back it up with a letter to customer service
it should not be so hard to get a straight answer
