Hi Donna [img][/img]
I do not know the laws in the US, but in Canada, there are labeling laws, for the products that are made in Canada. This is not to say however that there are not recalls, on food.

I am pretty sure that nearly everything has to be labelled in the US with a few exceptions like Foods that have packages that are too small to have an entire label & some bakery/deli type foods don't have to be labelled - I believe its only voluntary.

I found a site with the FDA that is helpful
regarding the rules for food labeling. This site has lots of choices. I found some of the more enlightening questions on food labeling were in the Industry section where manufacturers were questioning how to label correctly.
Hope this is helpful.

Hi guys,
This was moved here and was a tounge in cheek question. The last time I called the FDA listing of all ingredients was NOT required. If anyone knows different I'd sure like to know, but as of now it's not a law.
