interpreting test results

Is there a difference between "CapRAST" and "ImmunoCAP"? What do the scores mean? My daughter's immunocap result was 5.76. The allergist said this is a "high positive"
What is the range of possible results, and how are they broken down into positive vs. high positive?

Any info would help!
