My pa son(rast level 6+) had his 6-month check-up at the allergist today and she told me something very interesting....as we were discussing school, epi-pens, airborne reactions, etc., she said, "well, he might outgrow it.." WHAT ?!?!? I said, "you mean you think this is possible when his allergy is so severe ?? level 6 ??" She advised that she has seen it happen, especially around ages 5-6. Most likely he will not outgrow but it is possible. Now I know better than to even attempt to hope for this but I have to admit my heart jumped a little. I did not even know this was possible when the allergy is this severe ! Has anyone ever heard of this ?? And so...we keep on praying.
Thanks,
Rebecca
