Anyone have information that I can give to a restaurant about PA? My family is staying at a newly opened Inn on memorial day weekend & I would like to send some info to the chef. He is young & newly trained, so I am trying to be positive & that he may have been made more aware of Food allergies in his training than someone trained 20 years ago. But I still want ot make sure he has the corect info.
