pJust wondering if everyone has had their PA child's IGE level tested along with their RASTS and what the level was. /p
pWhen first tested at one my son's IGE was about 1800. Just recently at 3 1/2 it had gone down to 900. I have also noticed that recently his eczema has improved dramatically and his allergic response has quieted down./p
pAlso, if your child has a high IGE level are they also allergic to other things besides peanuts and do they have asthma and\or eczema?/p

My son's results are: (This is to a Mini-RAST blood test. Whatever that is. LOL)
IGE 383 on scale of 0-158
peanut 48292 on scale of 0-18000
He was also tested for dustmite, dust, a couple grasses, cat, dog, mold, a couple trees, a couple weeds, and oat. He's allergic to all of them. Not sure what the oat is about, though, because he's not reacting to oats in anyway.
He had a recent skin prick to test whether he was still allergic to tree nuts. He is - except almond (clinically insignificant). We avoid them anyway.
He does not have asthma. He had eczema until he turned 3 1/2. He has occasional flare ups, but very, very mild, and only when he's been in a lot of water.
