My sons school will be using this food provider starting this week for hot lunches. I know the cost will be $4.00 per meal which includes milk and a dessert. I too am looking for information about them in general and regarding allergies. I have not found much info on their website. I live in Canada.

Wonderful. Their contract came up for renewal in our SD three years ago and I wrote a long letter of support to the school board requesting that they renew their contract for another 4 years.

Wonderful. The Director of Food Service is on Mariah's 504 Team. She's great. She spent an entire summer tracking down her suppliers and their subsuppliers to get every single ingredient label.

Can't remember off hand, but it seems really cheap. Probably cheaper than what it costs me to send anyway.

Edited to add: $1.75 + .40 for milk.

Wonderful. 10. I've also used them to cater school events (e.g. like our school Sock Hop, Open House, Parent Orientation). They not only provide the food, but can also do set up, staff servers, and do the clean up. Hassle-free, "nut-free", worry-free. I wish the School Board would mandate that all events when food is served had to go through Chartwells.

I would recommend *my* Director of Food Service. Can't imagine anyone better. (Did I mention she has a photo of Mariah on her desk?)

Does Chartwells "guarantee" anything with respect to food allergies and labelling of their products?
