Do you overlook violations? Do you hold persons accountable? How do you hold persons accountable? Does your school district have prepared forms by which to document violations and by which to describe remediative action by which to offer [i]Quality Improvement[/i]?
How many violations have you overlooked? Followed through on? What was the response? What decided whether you documented it with the school district? [i]Should[/i] one always "call people on" violations to a formal, federally supported, documented plan?
