Hi! I'm new to this board, but I've taken everthing to heart. My 4 yr old has PA, and is pre-school. The director of the school has been doing her homework on PA, and had a great idea. She suggested that at lunch time, instead of having the PA child sit by themselves, take a poll of which children would like to be "peanut free". Those children, and of course the parents agree not to have any peanut containing foods in their lunch. The "peanut Free" kids would then sit together at lunch. This would be beneficial to both the PA child and the parents who care enough to learn more about the allergy. Just a thought !!
