PN/TNA DD has had the hotdogs at our local Target, maybe 2x. I did not ask about them though. I guess you will want to ask at your local Target. I recall it was brand that she had eaten before.
I would advise being very careful in Target. I once bought popcorn for my PA son after checking ingredients on the label of their popcorn. After a few minutes, I noticed that he started developing some hives. Since the popcorn has all safe ingredients, I deduced that it was probably that they probably used the same rag to clean the popcorn machine as that they use for their Otis Spudmeyer (not sure if sp, name is right) cookies which were located near the machine.
The hotdog machine may be different but I never allowed him to eat there again. Also, don't their pretzels have nuts?

Jason has had them with no problems. He prefers to order the Pizza Hut Pizzas or tacos.

Cheryl, mom to Jason (8 MFA including peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish and egg)
Joey (6 NKA)
Allison (3 MFA including milk, butternut squash, several fruits and suspected shellfish allergies, avoiding tree nuts, RAST - for peanut)
Ryan (born 12/27/05) nka *knock on wood*
are the pizzas safe. i heard some pizza huts have dessert pizzas with nuts in oven and/or use peanut oil
...one of the Targets here in Tucson uses peanut oil, makes the whole check-out area reek...
so, I think it varies from Target to Target...best to ask the food court manager...
