My DH took our PA DS to the zoo yesterday himself, just the two of them. I was very nervous. The zoo is about an hour and a half away and DS has never been that far away from me before, even with his father.

I went over how to use the epi again and sent safe snacks, etc. The day went well
and they had no problems.

The zoo was very quiet though, because of school starting. There was hardly anyone there, so it was good planning on my husband's part. My son does not like big crowds, so this was perfect.

I am happy he was able to do this without any problems.
