We recently flew our 1st flight with our 2 yrs old son, allergic to many foods, including peanuts. While I had to follow up with the terminal, gate and flight staff to insure they switch the snacks from peanuts to pretzels, everything went great. Each staff member was aware of his allergy and did not harrass me for making them switch snacks. I will be sending a letter to corporate to thank them. Companies that realize the danger of pa need to be praised.
