Fudge Brownie Sundae

pHere is an eggless recipe for a brownie that makes its own fudge sauce. For those with milk allergies--it does require skim milk. /p
p 1 cup all-purpose flourbr /
3/4 cup granulated sugarbr /
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoabr /
2 tsp. baking powderbr /
1/2 tsp. saltbr /
1/2 cup skim milkbr /
1/4 cup Natural applesaucebr /
1 tsp. vanilla extractbr /
3/4 cup brown sugarbr /
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoabr /
1-3/4 cup hot water/p
p1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with cooking spray.br /
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add milk, applesauce and vanilla to dry ingredients to blend.br /
3. Spoon batter into pan.br /
4. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, and hot water. Stir to blend.br /
5. Pour over batter into prepared pan.br /
6. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove cake from oven and cool in pan.br /
7. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or low-fat frozen yogurt and spoon the chocolate sauce over the brownie as a topping./p
