Apple slices with cinnimon , bear paws (Dare PN Free), little pita with cheese inside, fruit salad (cut up your own fruit put in container), yogurt-tubes frozen (stay cold until snack time), bits and bits (PN Free cereal, choc. chips, raisins), bagels and cream cheese, kolbasa and cheese, crackers

little fruit cups.. like diced pears, manderon oragnes,( I open slightly and drain the juice) or put in a covered container) string chesse, mini packs of fishies or cheese its. cereal bars. raw carrots. all favorites and easy to tote.

Freetos Corn chips: corn, corn oil and salt.
String cheese
apple sauce
carrot sticks
black / green olives
Allergic to all soy, all nuts, peas, beans, sunflower. Started at age 40.

Sunmaid raisins
String cheese
Lunch meat (Foster Farms, Oscar Meyer)
cheese slices (Kraft American or Tillamook)
crackers (variety- ususally Nabisco or Keebler)
Jello pudding cups
Pretzels (Rold Gold)
Fig Newtons
SB&J (Soynutbutter -from I.M. Healthy Co. -and Jelly sandwich)
SB on Ritz
Carrots and ranch dip

I usually use Sargento.
I have found many of the string cheeses and
even the one with yellow and moz. cheese is
fine and the scooby do mni cheese is fine.
Most real cheeses are fine for me to use.
Allergic to all soy, all nuts, peas, beans, sunflower. Started at age 40.

gold fish crackers, pretzles, string cheese, yougert, apple sauce cups, and pudding cups
my daughter isnt alergic to anything but all the snacks we pack my son who is alergic to peanuts and tree nuts eats the same stuff at home.
