Has anyone spoken to Empire Kosher regarding any of their foods? Has anyone eaten them?

We had an Empire Kosher turkey this thanksgiving. The label was OK and DS had no problems. Best turkey I ever had too!

I contacted Empire Kosher via telephone in November regarding their frozen latkes and their fresh turkeys. I was assured both were peanut and tree nut free, including exposure. We didn't have their latkes but did have the fresh turkey for Thanksgiving. No problem.

I just spoke with Empire 1-800-367-4734 regarding their meats and lunch meats. The CSR confirmed that there are no pn, tn, dairy, or shellfish in the manufacturing plant where the meats are produced.

Where does one purchase Empire meats. Usually I make a turkey or roast for lunch meat for the week but next week is so hectic that I am afraid that I may run out and need to possibly purchase some lunch meat.

Danielle,
Depending on where you are, Empire products are usually available in large supermarkets. If you can't find one in your local supermarket, seek out a kosher butcher. Their chickens and turkey's are excellent since they are already "pre-brined" by the koshering process.
