Hi there,

One of my friend's daughter has just been diagnosed as allergic to milk, egg, soybean and peanuts. She is 16 months old and her mum is having a hard time finding various things to give her. So far she has bought lots of fresh fruit, vege, rice, pasta but her daughter is very fussy and prefers to snack rather than eat. Can anyone help with recipes for meals or snacks that dont require any egg, milk, soybean or peanuts?

Thanks soooo much

I would refer her to
Tons of recipes are available there as well as packaged snack ideas.
A cookbook I would recommend is The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook by Cybele Pascal.

Hi there,
My son has the same allergies and then some....he does eat lots of pasta, veggies, and fruit. he also likes mashed potatoes with rice milk and a little olive oil served with some sauteed ground beef or turkey with onion; he likes the Whole Foods Brand tater tots which are just made with apple juice and palm oil served with chicken nuggets that I batter in oat flour and rice milk and cook in safflower oil. He likes rice cakes ("Lundberg" brand). I also recommend the "Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook" which has saved me. Every recipe in there (and I've tried quite a few) are awesome!!!
Hope that helps a little.
