We have used it many times without a problem.
We use condensed milk instead of evaporated in our pumpkin pies and it is sooo much better.
Never a problem with that , oh and its so good.
What recipes do you use condensed milk in besides pumpkin pie? I have never used it...thanks.
Thanks for your replies! I emailed the company yesterday, but haven't heard back. They have several dessert kits that contain peanuts and other nuts.
I want to make little mini cheesecakes to put at the end of my Christmas Day brunch buffet.

Ohhhh, I would have been so mad at you if you would have said you were making these and didn't post the recipe!
Thanks Jen!
I use sweetened condensed milk to make microwave fudge.
Melt two packages choc chips in microwave or in double boiler along with one can condensed milk. Pour into greased 9" sq pan - add your choice of things if desired such as:
mini marshmallows, dried cherries or cranberries, raisens, etc.
Let harden in refrigerator. Slice into chunks and enjoy.
I find it easier to line the bottom on the pan in waxed paper.
It's always a hit at Christmas and very yummy.
