Anybody know where to get/order dried soybeans that are "peanut/tree nut free"...you know...like how you can get bags of dried beans?

I have a recipe for roasting my own soybeans I'd like to try I don't like the ones I can order online from No Nuttin (they are pretty bland).

Anyone?

In Canada we have the Clic brand of peanut free dried soybeans.
They come in regular, sea salt and BBQ flavors, and they are all good.
A fair sized bag is about $1.99-$2.49 at any grocery store.
Hope this helps

I'm in the US though. I think those may already be roasted though if they are flavored? I'm looking for bulk dried soybeans , like how you can buy bags of pinto, navy, beans, lentils...

I'll ask DH about this--have been meaning to ask all weekend. The problem is, once he buys dried beans he tends to put them in other containers.
I did find this online, and it seems they harvest soybeans and popcorn. They talk about kettle corn and refer to soybean oil (yeah) and canola oil. You might give them a call. There's a pdf for an order form for dried soybeans.

Thanks McCobbre --- I saw that website...and I don't really need 15 lbs of soybeans! gah! What would I do with them all?
I saw some in a can today at Sunflower...and all that does is wipe out the step of soaking before roasting (I think). I also saw some in bulk foods...the raw ones DO NOT have a peanut warning while the roasted ones DO. Noone was around to help and I didn't have time, so I'm going to call on Monday and see if their bulk raw/dried are man. on the same equip as peanuts --- I highly doubt it, I hope Then I'll just ask for some from a new unopened "whatever" from the back...of course I'll have to illustrate all the possible ways the back supply (if open) could have been cross-x by employees refilling bins...we'll see how it goes
A few more nature stores to try...

um, I can't imagine why not?!? Party favors in cute little bags?
Well, I guess I didn't read that part. Oops.
I'm very envious about your upcoming trip, BTW. DH and I lived in Switzerland for a little while, and he studied in Greece one summer.
Get "Mediterraneo" from Netflix to get a preview (can't remember if I already recommended that).

thanks I am excited about Germany and the Greece side trip...first time outside the US!
Mediterraneo isn't released on DVD yet (?) I Googled it, it's on VHS...we'll see...Netflix has been digitizing older movies to stream online, maybe this one is on the way!
Anyhoot -- we'll see how using canned soybeans works. All the recipes for roasted ones have you soak them, then cook them by boiling with onions/spices, then roasting them.

You can get them in 1.5 oz bags already roasted from
Sensible Foods
Allergy Statement: Contains Soy. No peanuts are processed in our facility.
I have three of these that I don't want. If you want to try them out email me your address and I'll send them to you.

Thanks Sarah --- I have these in my local Sunflower Market and have tried them. I don't really like them and they have too much fat for my dietary needs.
I'm looking for dried raw soybeans so I can roast my own and control the flavor/fat.

Yeah....We didn't like them either. Although I liked everything else from that company. I have been trying to give these three bags away for a while!
