We're taking my son to be tested for more allergies and most likely the allergist will do a RAST test (blood test) because my son has eczema.

A friend told me today that it is dangerous to draw too much blood from a baby. I remember thinking they took a lot of blood from him the last time they tested him -- it was a whole vial. He weights 20 pounds. Has anyone heard this before?

I've called his pediatrician and am waiting to hear back, but am interested in other experiences.

Thanks,

Tracy
