I've read the threads on jiffy...I called the company yesterday. The threat of cross-contamination comes from walnuts, no peanuts. They do a thorough cleaning of the lines, blah, blah.

I haven't found the Washington mixes mentioned in other threads, and am trying Hodgson Mills. The preschool teacher makes a corn bread every year (from a mix) with all the students and then lets the parents come in and it's offered to all.

I'm tempted to try out the Jiffy based on the threat of walnut cross-contamination only. This is new territory for me...I've made everything else from scratch.

Long-winded post to simple question : Anyone use jiffy? Thanks. Meg
