Does anyone have a good eggless pancake recipe?

I have tried so many and they are all blah...wondering if anyone has a good one.

This recipe is not bad, I got it from Baking without Eggs book.
2 cp flour
4 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbs sugar
2 cp buttermilk
4 tbs oil or applesauce
Mix the ingredients together and cook over medium heat.

Here's one I got from the Milk-free, Egg-free, Nut-free allergy cookbook. We all like them.
1 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup vanilla soy milk
3/4 cup water
2 1/2 tbsp. water, 2 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder mixed together.
Meg, mom to:
Matt 2 yrs. PA,MA,EA
Sean 2 yrs. NKA

I tried the Aunt Jemima pancake this morning w/ egg replacer and they were great! I had some happy kids...Thanks!!

I make the recipe from "Bakin without eggs" mentioned above, but use 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup all purpose flour instead (and rice milk since my son is dairy allergic). My son enjoys it much more this way.
