I was at lunch with my pa son today at school as I am every Monday. Today the students all had disposable trays. Now I have already had all peanut products removed from the school cafeteria menu, published and unbuplished, but the idea of a disposable tray is a good one. Anytime you are not re-using utensils keeps things cleaner. Let me know if anyone would like to see this at their school and I can probably get info from the school.
