Does anyone have an idea for a vegetable dip that is dairy, egg, soy, sesame, and nut free?

I don't have actual recipes, but most prepared picante sauces would probably meet your requirements. Homemade is even better if you like messing around with ingredients.
You can create your own hummos-type of dip without the tahini--thin the pureed chickpeas with veg broth or chicken broth and add plenty of spices.
Trader Joe's has a delicious Fat Free Spicy Black Bean Dip. It's not overly spicy and my kids like it.

Just be aware that chickpeas are legumes. Some but not every PA can have the allergy to chickpeas too.
