If you missed it, this episode included a case where parents were suing for justice and "to send a message" because their PA first-grade child died during lunch while the teacher was talking on her cell phone.
As the mother of a first-grader, this was very hard to watch.
My dh and I were not happy at all with the outcome of the case or with the "message" from the defendant's side. It would be a whole different story if the show's writers had a child with a LTFA, which they obviously don't. I don't really feel like watching the show anymore after that.
I did not see it. There are a lot of posts about it under the Media Board.
I saw this. Well, I saw most of it. I was not happy with the outcome either! Especially, with the lawyer comments.
It makes me wonder why this show is siding this way???? Have they had experiences with food allergic folks or etc. The show was not helpful to the food allergy community at all!
