Sorry, I'm a bit late on this one...but I agree that it could have easily been cross contamination....the ones who make the mcflurries, are also the ones that put the food in your bag...so I think it's easy to become contaminated with peanuts that way.

I was recently at McDonalds for breakfast and I noticed they used the same tongs to get the biscuit as the egg? Could that be a possibility if your child is still allergic?
