THANKS for letting me know about the Maple Leaf cookies. I haven't tried Mr. Christie but will be looking out for safe Maple Leaf cookies by Dare.
I will also look for the Chapman's Maple Sugar Twist!! Sounds yummy!! I am actually going to get one of Chapman's yogurt treats right now. I think I can surf and eat at the same time!!

Hi Codyman,
I just ate a Chapman's L'il Yogurt (both peanut-free and fat-free) 15 minutes ago.. hehe they are soooo good.
I also love maple so I'm going to try both the Dare cookies and the Chapman's ice cream

I was grocery shopping today and the Dare Maple Leaf cookies have a warning on them still.
Maybe in time?

I went to Loblaw's last night with my PA son - I'm teaching him to read labels. We went to the cookie aisle and we looked at the Dare cookies. He was so happy he could eat some of them - he picked the Maple Cream ones and ate 4 of them by the time we got home.
I would never have looked at them had it not been for the discussion here. Thanks Erik for posting the original topic (and my son thanks you too )

Hi
We were at Loblaws last night too... but our Loblaws only had the old packages except for the Lemon Cremes. I noticed that the new packages have the red Dare logo in a circle at the top while the old ones with the may contain warnings don't. Made it a little quicker when I was checking the bags on the shelf!

We bought a bag!! The kids and I ate one each on the way home from work/school. We are waiting until after supper to have some more .... with a nice cup of tea as well.
YUMMY!

Hi Deb,
I just noticed today that the new Dare maple cream cookies have arrived at the Valu-Mart at the Manulife Centre (there were still some old maple cremes intermixed with the new ones). So I hope the safe cookies arrive in your area soon

Thank you erik and Codyman(for putting the idea in my head )
I just did my grocery shopping at "No Frills" and they had them.
Forgot to mention A&P was where I had been when they still had the old ones.
They are so good. I only had one but now I need some protein fast. I'm starting to shake
