I found some new crackers at Whole Foods yesterday. They are called UFO's by Guiltless Gourmet. Here's the response I got from their customer service department:

Dear Ms. Frankel:
The Guiltless Gourmet UFO's are produced on a line that contains no tree
nuts or peanuts. Sesame seeds are used on this line, but an allergen clean
up is required after production plus an inspection.

After March the facility will be peanut and nut free.
If you have further questions please contact us again.
Sincerely,
Deborah Ross, Consumer Affairs

We have a Whole Foods Market in our neighborhood in Minneapolis, MN. They are like the big grocery stores (Safeway, Star Market, Giant), but they have a huge selection of organically grown produce and non-genetically modified foods. Their meat and deli sections are wonderful. Unfortunately, their employees are not very food allergy savvy. I went there last summer when we were first diagnosed with PA and asked if they had a section of foods with pn/tn free labelling and they said no, but advised me to just read labels on all their products throughout the store. I really thought if anyone would have tapped into this customer base (food allergy sufferers) Whole Foods should know.

glutensolutions.com has a section to do a search and it does pull up some crackers that are safe for pn/tn allergic.
