We went to CPK in Sacramento which we have gone to many times over the years before with no problems, and was very impressed by the manager's attention. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, concerned about the allergies (PA/TN) and involved with the situation in the kitchen, overseeing everything for our table to avoid cross-contamination. I had called corporate and was told to get the manager involved, not just the server. We will do this from now on at every resto. CPK is only orders food products from companies with food allergy programs in place so they know which items have "traces" in great detail. The corporate guy was very helpful and informed on the phone. My son had the mac n cheese. However, their menu has changed since we last went awhile ago and there are a lot of peanuts and tree nuts. Especially peanuts! I wiped the table down but do not feel to good about going back.
