I just spoke to one of the BEST CS reps I've spoke with before. Her name is Jamie at ConAgra.

Basically, *I* feel safe eating ANYTHING from them. And that says A LOT!

Chicken is all fried in VEGETABLE oil (if it had any allergens in it, it WOULD be listed or even in the same PLANT) as a CONTAINS. They use vegetable and soybean oil and are starting to use Palm Oil.

Did they mention anything about labeling for cross contamination?

She basically said if they knew if it came in any type of contact with an allergen, they would list it as CONTAINs.
She mentioned the Act II popcorn, it says "Milk, Soy, Fish". Because it came in contact with Fish. We have a box here the kids eat.

Okay, but did she say how they label for shared lines.
Many companies say the above, but say that they don't label for shared lines, because they clean between, and therefore do not believe there is a cross-cont risk.

I don't remember her exact words. She did say if they are in the same facility even, that they would say CONTAINS. She said they have like 6 plants and it all abides by those rules.
