Hi there I have just moved from NY, Long Island to Tennessee. There are different restaurants here, and one of them is Chick Fil-A ( a chicken fast food ). There brochure says that they use PEANUT OIL, yet feel it is safe due to the refined oil. That scares me....does anyone know if this restaurant is OK for PEANUT allergy. My son had wanted to go there......something new . Please let me know your experiences with this restaurant.
Thanks Sue

Click on search at the top of the page and type in Chick Fil A. You will get links to several other conversations about Chick Fil A. My son used to eat it several years ago and never had a problem. As I learned more about the risks of this allergy I cut it from his diet. It basically will depend upon your comfort level.
By the way, I am from Long Island too. I have been living in North Carolina for several years. I love it in the South!

Thanks I will look up on the website. At this point I plan to stay away from this restaurant. It it hard to wonder what may or may not happen. Thanks again for the imfo. I miss Long Island.
