Thanks for providing the link - I used the Contact Us prompt to tell them this is an issue they neeed to deal with. Cross contamination is manageable if they want to manage it.

Just wondering if anyone has received the promised call from the nutritionist. I have talked to two customer service reps who have stated that I will receive a phone call. Have never heard from anyone ...
Talked with a customer rep - I had already sent an email (no response from PH) and called FAAN (they will look into it). Call center was busy as I was on hold forever to speak with a human and then for a bit for her to ask her supervisor.
She said it was a cross contimination issue, as the vendor who makes the sauce for Pizza Hut also makes nut sauces and the barrels may be used for both.
I express my displeasure and said that our family and the school that I regularly buy pizza for (socials, sports tournments, reward lunches etc....) would not be customers until they managed that situation better.
Surely Pizza Hut is big enough to have their own nut free manufactoring plant for red sauce!
Everyone call and email, so they think about this!!
Still waiting of 3 call backs now. Are they having a problem that they cannot call anyone back? Looks to me Pizza Hut problem is not only the sauce!
I sent an e-mail--such as it was with my alloted 520 characters--when this info first came out. They have a button you can click on to say you want a response from Pizza Hut. It's been weeks and I still haven't heard a thing from them.
Ridiculous!
So they also make nut sauces? Is this tree nuts or are they including peanuts here as well? I realize they are listing peanut cross-contamination on the website, but it might make a difference to some of us if the barrels are used for tree nut sauce alone versus peanut.
3 more calls to Pizza Hut and the promised return call from the nutritionist hasn't happened.
Has anyone received the call from the nutritionist?

Received this mail from Pizza Hut today:
"Enclosed is the Nutritional Brochure, that provides nutritional and ingredient information on our products. We hope this information will be beneficial to you. Thank you for your interest in Pizza Hut."
Guess that was my "call" back explaining where the peanut contamination is?? Not.
I am so disappointed in this company. They won't even tell you why there is a problem with their pizza now. I think I will try snail mail too - to the CEO.
I e-mailed and called weeks ago- no response either
No matter what their reply is now- I think we are finished w/ this company due to their poor customer service. Seriously, how long should it take to get a call back???
