What a terrible thing to teach a child! They are taught to break the rules when they don't *like* them. But will be the first person to have a fit if someone breaks a rule important to *them*. This is the type of child that will probably grow up and chase other kids around with their PB sandwich. After all, they learned the behavior at home...
On a brighter note, sounds like you have a good lead on a preschool. And what a bonus...having a Med student for a neighbor.

I was in line the other day chatting away with a friend about dd's PA. She was with a friend, we didn't know each other, so she explained that my dd has PA.
So this girl, that I don't know, tells me how she used to go to school with a girl that had PA. She was "supposedly" so sensitive that she would have a reaction if you talked to her after eating peanuts. Said she [i]couldn't stand[/i] the PA girl or her mother. They were always the head of everything and very snobby.
So, she used to bring in foods with nuts in it [i]especially[/i], that way she could say "oh, I'm sorry, I forgot- guess you can't eat it."

Ick. That friend of a friend who brought the peanuty stuff...
too bad that PA girl and her mom were probably too above the fray to sock her in the nose. A few punches bloody and I bet she wouldn't "forget" about the PA.
Yeah, I know, don't even jump on me. Violence solves nothing. Except, some times IT DOES. Some people just NEED a good ol' fashioned sock in the nose. Like jealous bullies who are substandard examples of human beings.
