Hi all, quick question.

I have seen a couple people here and there mention that Boost drinks ( Boost ) is PA/TNA safe. I before I was diagnosed, I used to drink protein shakes all the time, and I'm looking for a replacement. Boost seems like its a good option, but I am skeptical. Does anyone have any experience with the drink, or trust it for that matter?

I do not know about Boost drinks, but the powdered version of Nestle's Carnation breakfast is safe for PA/TNA/Sesame. They have a liquid version, but we haven't checked it out or tried it. Metagenics has a number of different protein drinks that are safe. You can google them to see what is available. I like the taste of the Metagenics one...Ulrameal Whey and Ultrameal Rice. They come in vanilla and chocolate.
