Hi everyone

I just got home from the grocery store and noticed another product called Betty Crocker Sodalicious snacks. They were offered in a combo pack with Fruit Roll Ups and Fruit Gushers - both of which my daughter eats. It looks like they are more of those chewy type candies, except they are root beer flavour, etc. Anyway, one of their ingredients is PEANUT OIL!

I thought it might take some of you by surprise - I almost bought the pack because of the roll ups and fruit gushers.

I usually don't buy combo packs or small varieties of products because the product usually is packaged on another production line. Mr. Christie Aero cookies are fine in the normal size bag...but if you buy the mini size ones a peanut warning exists. These combo packs are dangerous because someone could offer your child a product which you would normally consider safe. Shopping takes forever now, but its worth the time reading those labels again & again.

Thanks for the warning, Deb! We, too, buy Fruit Gushers. I wonder if there will be a cross contamination issue?! It just amazes me the places peanut products show up! :{
