pHas anyone had any problems with Beer? I know some brewers make nut ales. What about wines, some are fermented in oak barrels that may have been in contact with nuts. Is anyone aware of any liquors that contain peanuts?/p

Offhand, the only nut liquor I can think of are ones that are/or contain amaretto (spelling?), which I believe is an almond flavoring.

Bombay gin(almond), Frangelico(Hazelnut), Tangeray(almond),also watch out for filberts and cross contamination if allergic. This was in an old thread maybe someone more knowledgeable on the computer could find it, I am kind of new at this.

I get hives from Molson Dry (the only beer I actually liked). I don't know that it has anything to do with peanuts though, I never checked - I just quit drinking.
There might be some information in the adults forum regarding alcohol drinks.

tidina, there's an 'alcohol, anyone?' thread in the 'adults' section of the board that may be helpful for you. couldn't figure out how to link to it, though, so i'll bump it up instead.
