What kind of beef broth or beef barley, beef noodle or other beef soups are you safely using or have had a reaction to? So far I have struck out on finding a brand that is made in a facility that does not also contain nuts!

I called Pacific brand and was told that it is produced on a line with some tree nut products. Health Valley Organic mushroom barley (which is not beef based)is also not made on dedicated lines.

Has anyone used the Imagine brand of beef broth?

Any other suggestions aside from making my own?

Kitchen Basic, it has a great allergen statement in the back of the carton.

I contacted Kitchen Basics because I was so impressed with their labeling and asked if they test because the facility is shared...here is their response - darn my hunt for safe broth goes on.
We test for many aspects of our stock. Regarding the cleaning procedure between runs, while the production factories and lines we use are cleaned between products requirements), it is very difficult to give a 100% guarantee that there is never cross-contamination.
We run from about 20,000 to about 100,00 pounds of stock in a batch, so if there ever were a contamination of even say 50 pounds, it would likely be a very low levels in our product. But, unfortunately, there is still a small level of risk that you, the consumer, are left to take. If there were any doubt, we would encourage you not to use the product

I've never heard of this brand...guess we don't have it here. But I'm interested to know if they have "may contain" on their label? If not, it sure sounds like they should.
