Hi, My diet is rather limited because of numerous food and environmental allergies. I have pretty bad allergies to nuts as well.
My question is that I'm interested in buying some of Barry Farms non gluten flours, but they also make several nut flours in the same facility.
I read about their preparation practices on their site. They handfill their flour bags, change each spoon before filling a new bag, and throughly clean the preparation area between each bag fill.
It all sounds good to me, but I was wondering if anyone with PA or their relatives has any experiences with eating some of their flours, and were they "safe"?.
Any advice would be appreciated.
P.S.:(I e-mailed the company about my concerns, and still haven't gotten a response back from them yet).
