I just wanted to say hi, and I'm so glad I found this site. Makes me feel less alone. My son is anaphylactic to peanuts and egg, and from people that I've spoken to this combination seems fairly common. Does any one else have this combinations?

Hi Cynde! My two sons are also allergic to peanuts & eggs. I found out about their allergies right before their 2nd birthday & now they're almost 4. I lingered on the boards here for a long time before I started to post & I learned a lot about dealing with these allergies. If you need some good peanut & egg free recipes or just some support, let me know!

I've actually been dealing with my sons allergies for over 7 years now, so I feel pretty knowledgable. I just need the support of knowing I'm not alone. I'm also seeing lots of tips about how to deal with (educate)other people. That is what I feel my role is now for my son, since he is now out there in the big bad world, where I can't protect him as easily. Thanks for your words of encouragement
