Hi My name's Gabrielle and I am from Sydney Australia,
My almost 4 week old baby (Heath) is suffering from really bad reflux. I am exploring the possibility of it being a reaction to something in my diet, as I am breastfeeding him.
I have cut nuts out of my diet to see whether this makes a difference or not.
My question is: How long will it take to make a difference if this is what he is reacting to? Does anyone know how long nuts remain in one's system? I can't seem to find this info anywhere, and I figure you folks are pretty much experts on the topic since you are all used to managing peanut allergies.
BTW, this seems like a really supportive environment. Well done all!
Thanks in advance for reading and possibly some feedback.
Gabrielle
