HI,
I'M HALF WAY THROUGH THE TRIP. I STILL HAVE TO FLY HOME. JUST WANTED TO UPDATE. THE AM WEST FLIGHT ATTENDENTS WHERE VERY CAUSIOUS AND NO PN WHERE SERVED. THEY EVEN MADE MORE THAN ONE ATTEMPT TO ASSURE ME NO PN WHERE SERVED. BUT......
I FOUND MORE THAN ONE PN ON THE FLOOR UNDER OUR SEATS. IT REALLY MAKES ME VERY NERVOUS TO RETURN HOME. I JUST PRAISE THE LORD THAT MY SON DID NOT FIND THE PN.

Hi Lori,
Hope you have a safe flight home. I know what you are going through with the peanuts all over the floor in the plane. I just got back from a trip with my son three weeks ago, and while Southwest was very good about not serving peanuts on our flights, they weren't very good about cleaning the plane. I had to hold my two year old on my lap the whole flight for fear that he would get a peanut off the floor,

WE MADE IT HOME SAFE AND SOUND. THE SECOND LEG OF OUR TRIP WAS OK. PRAISE THE LORD FOR THE CONCERNED FLIGHT ATTENDENTS. ONE EVEN ASKED HOW SEVER THE ALLERGY IS AND MADE SURE NO ONE ATE PN IN THE FIRST CLASS SECTION WHICH WAS 3 ROWS AHEAD OF US.
HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE WHO MAY FLY IN THE FUTURE.
LORI

Hi Lori. I followed your advice. I called America West to ask for a peanut free flight. At first, the lady was just bring your daughter a different snack, but I said this was not good enough and explained to her the seriousness of this. She put me on hold FOREVER, but came back to say it was taken care of, but they couldn't wipe down everything beforehand. I told her thanks and I understood. We have a connecting flight both ways so I'm even more nervous. I'm going to call like you suggested the day before, follow through with the check in counter, AND the flight attendent. Thanks again, Shan
