HI I know many on this board are dealing with PA and other like egg-free. ALLRECIPES.com has a special diets section where you can find many egg- free cookie /cake recipes. some have nuts the can be left out- others I didn't copy re too much nuts. I had to be careful re chocolate and use type I'm more sure aren't containing nuts etc. But they are wonderful recipes.
Take Care and Happy 2000,

Thanks, Jan! My 5 year old PA son is also allergic to eggs. Thanks for sharing this information with all of us.
Have a safe 2000!
Just thought Id add my two cents. I ordered the cookbook from Food Allergy Network. And the few cake and cookie recipes I tried were excellent. There are also many for waffles and french toast etc. The main meals were not too hot (yummy) but the sweets are definately worth the money spent. This is a good source of ideas for us dealing with the multiple allergy, eg, eggs, milk, nuts, etc.
I too have been to this site, and it's very well organized. Thanks for noting the allergy-free foods!
On the recipe note, I just wanted to caution you guys about a very common cookbook of mine that I was thumbing through (The Better Homes and Gardens New Cookbook). I was going to make Chicken Enchiladas, when I noticed that their recipe called for pecans! Whatever! I guess this means that if you are eating out, you really *never* know what they could be putting in anything. Who ever heard of nuts in a chicken enchilada? There are no silly questions when it comes to ingredients!
