I was wondering since I have to carry the shots everyday on me at school and when my daughter gets old enough to do so in school herself where can I find an Allergy pack at? Also how many fit in there and is there room for the benadryl? Also have read something about a pack that is insulated for these shots also wondering where to get one of these at. Thanks!

My son has the E-Belt and we love it. They have a couple to choose from, one shot or two shots with or without pouch for tablets. I also got the allergy pack and I must tell you the E-Belt cost is high but is is worth every penny. It protects the pens, has easy access and an adjustable belt that says put.. I got it from here under shopping or products look for E-Belt if you can not find it I still have my paper work and I will give you the Phone #. My son is 6 in Kinder. and wears it everyday he doesn't even know it is there. Let me know if you need anything happy shopping... Kim

Thanks! I'll put E-Belt in a search engine and see what I can come up with.
In the winter or hot days in the summer does he wear it outside for recess. I know they have to be kept at certain temps. Just wondering if it was or hoping anyway it was insulated.

There's lots of suggestions in the "products for our community" forum on this site. A few quick suggestions are "Epibelt" or MedicAlert. Both carry a variety of holders, bags, etc. that can or cannot accomodate multiple pens and other medications (i.e. inhalers). Since most doctors recommend not using Benedryl as it can mask anaphylactic symptoms, most carriers I've seen don't make room for this.
We have used fanny packs and an EpiBelt or E-Belt and have found it the best. More comfortable, more resistant to damage, a bit pricy Approx $50 Cdn, but worth every cent. We've only had one and my son has worn it literally every day, all day for 5 years. It's great!
Check out the product forum for more information.

Hi I'm back - I'm not sure about the heat here in California Desert - good point!! It is my son's first year of school so we are still working things out. I think the winter will be fine because it is next to his body, coat covering it. Now the summer is a different story the heat here gets to be 105 some days, does anyone know if this will be a problem? This would not be a constant heat just in and out and recess. Well I just about talked myself into believing it will be okay. We live 60 miles from hospital/medical services so those pens are a must, must, must. Now I realize that he will not be in school during the dog days of summer so I think we are okay but open to you ideas. Love that E-belt, Zoni makes it and it comes from Canada, I really love everything about Canada...The belt is NOT insulated. Let us know what you decide. Kim
In summer, we carry a small cooler(soft kind about the size of a six pack), we have safe foods, drinks and snacks for our outing, a cooler brick or two, and the epipens in the outside ouch, but close to the cool brick. So it is not too cold but cool through the cooler wall. Does that make sense? We just carry it everywhere, pretty much. becca
