A great resource is "Managing Life Threatening Food Allergies in Schools" by the Massachusetts Dept. of Education. It's a big pdf file so it may take a minute or two to open - but worth it!

Go to: http://www.doe.mass.edu/cnp/

Scroll down under - Nutrition Programs and look for the above mentioned file.

Hope it helps! I'm using it to help me prepare for meetings with the school as I get ready to "let go" of my PA son as he's off to kindergarten in the fall.

PS: I learned about it at the Food Allergy Awareness Conference in Buffalo, NY back in September. Katie Millett was a guest speaker and one of the main contributors to this document. Thank you Katie!
