All orders are specially packaged and shipped so your order will arrive in perfect condition, no matter how warm the climate.
Orders typically ship within 48 hours with the exception of the 2 weeks leading up Valentines Day, Easter, Halloween and Christmas. In those cases please allow an additional 4-6 days for any order.
Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.
Shipments to an APO/PO address must be sent via standard shipping and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. These orders may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.

However, if for any reason your order does not meet with your satisfaction, simply return it to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund.
