You start right here-exactly what you are doing. But first-take a DEEP breath! :)

A new diagnosis is hard. First thing is to keep the epi-pen on hand at all times. Second is to avoid peanuts, any products that might contain peanuts, any products with a label warning such as "may contain" or "processed in", etc.

The above is more than half the battle.
