We also have severe peanut and tree nut allergy and have no problems with sunflower seeds. We've eaten them in Enjoy Life trail mix and sunbutter. Though I will say that my son doesn't really like either.

My 15 yr old niece was diagnosed with peanut allergies when she was around 1. She recently found out out she is now also allergic to sunflower seeds.
I meet more and more people with sunflower allergy lately. I have the impression sunflower allergy numbers are on the rise.
