Hi, this is extremely

Hi, this is extremely thoughtful for you for the food allergic children.

I can tell you that my site has a huge selection of stores where you can buy safe candy. Look under the allergen free foods section.

You could also consider not giving those kids candy but small trinkets instead. Some parents have different comfort levels with regards to what they will let their kids eat from an allergen stand point.

I would either buy candy made in specific peanut free facilities (depending on where you live you might have to buy online) or I would do non food.

Some candy you might be able to find in whole foods or a natural food store is yummy earth, surfs sweets, and enjoy life foods makes candy bars.

Thanks again for thinking of the peanut allergic kids and good luck!

Great question!! With party

Great question!!

With party planning to do, I imagine you've got your hands full. The last thing you need is to spend time doing research! I am listing food allergy specialty food stores' websites to save you some time. They all sell food allergy friendly candies and other goodies:

www.allergygrocer.com
www.allergiesandme.com
www.navanfoods.com
www.peanutfreeplanet.com
www.allerneeds.com
www.solutionstosavor.com
www.vermontnutfree.com

There are even more stores in other locations. I will try to get those addresses for you as well and come back to add them a bit later.

Hope this helps!

Firstly, I would like to give

Firstly, I would like to give a round of applause to you!!! I really appreciate your thoughtfullness. I don't know if you understand how good it makes PA people feel when someone actually makes the effort...And I'm glad you did! You might consider puchasing candies; chocolates from this website, since you could be sure there are NO peanuts or traces of peanuts in the products. But aside from that, (from personal experience) things like Kit-Kats and M&M's are okay. DO NOT get any ice cream with the title "Tracks" like 'moose tracks' or anything else. That happened on my brother's birthday due to some ice cream we bought... Hope this was helpful to you and good luck!

Thumbs up, but you might also

Thumbs up, but you might also consider when putting together something like this about the possibility that you may also have someone who can't have gluten.
